The staff at this budget accommodation was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. the location is ideal, right on the main plaza square in Latacunga with shops and restaurants nearby. the hotel had hot water, internet, and TV, making our stay comfortable. the staff stored our luggage while we hiked the Quilotoa Loop and even picked up my husband's soiled clothes from the laundry. the warmth, generosity, and hospitality we experienced at this hotel made us feel incredibly welcomed.

The room was comfortable and had a lovely view, and the owner made sure that all my needs were taken care of during my stay.

I had a bit of trouble finding the hotel initially, as the address provided was incorrect. Additionally, there were some noisy renovations happening in a nearby room starting early in the morning, which was a bit disruptive to my sleep.

We had an amazing romantic getaway in the heart of Latacunga. The staff made us feel like family, always checking in on us and offering us hot drinks and snacks. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the central park and church. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and ATMs nearby. They even stored our luggage for free while we hiked the Quilotoa Loop. The breakfast was like a homemade meal, just like abuela used to make. We left with hugs and smiles, knowing we had found a gem in this city.

If you're a light sleeper, a room away from the street or on an upper floor might be better. There can be some noise in the early morning from police training runs and tour buses.
